Apolonia Academy develops the competencies of medical teams in the Apolonia Group ecosystem. We combine clinical training with workshops on communication, process management and data work. The program is based on the experiences of our own clinics and partners from Poland and abroad. The goal of Academy is to implement a consistent treatment methodology that combines innovation with the strength of human relationships.
We organize modular courses, onsite training in clinics and mentoring programs for entire teams. We teach treatment planning based on digital diagnostics, patient communication and work according to Apolonia's standardized processes. Classes are conducted based on documented cases and close cooperation between doctor–technician–coordinator. This allows Academy knowledge to be immediately implemented in the practice of partner clinics.
