receptionOS is a technology project of the Apolonia Group that supports clinics in building predictable, repeatable patient service processes. We create a digital twin of the clinic, mapping every step of communication from first contact to follow-up. The team combines experience in running a multi-specialty clinic with knowledge in AI and automation. This allows receptionOS to translate daily practice into measurable data and real operational decisions.
The system automates answering phones, scheduling appointments and handling email and SMS inquiries. It analyzes conversations and creates reception quality reports, suggesting ready-made scripts and procedures. It integrates with calendar and practice management software to maintain a full schedule and reduce no-shows. The digital analytics module allows tracking every stage of the patient journey and quickly implementing changes in clinic processes.
